Architecture                               Gili-McGraw Architects L.L.P. has performed on a wide variety of architectural building types, including schools, airports, warehouses,  religious institutions, recreation/community centers, and  single family residences. We can safely say that there is virtually no project type that we have not addressed in the past.

Interiors                                                      Architecture is space. Interior design is the process of enhancing that space through the judicious application of materials, textures, and color. In our office, we believe these two disciplines to be inseparable.

Design/Build                                             We have experience in a variety of project delivery types, including Design/Build. Gili-McGraw Architects L.L.P. works with prequalified construction contractors, with whom we have teamed in the past,  to offer you a sole source of design and construction responsibility for your project. Project duration can be dramatically shortened using this process, allowing you earlier occupancy.

Master Planning                                        We have successfully developed masterplans for many projects, including full school campuses.  

Design Mentoring                                  Don't think that your project requires the full variety of services that an architect can offer? 3D Walk-thrus and Fly-bys               Having trouble visualizing exactly how your project is going to look? With our state of the art computer generated videos, you can do a virtual walk-thru your project before it's ever built. It's also a great marketing tool that you can use to show to your future tenants.
